Co-wrote a law to help violent felons commit more crimes

Jim Cooper helped write SB 54, a new law to protect violent felons who are in this country illegally and commit violent crimes.

Immigrations officials requested to know when David Mora was released after his arrest for assaulting a CHP Officer. But because of Cooper’s incompetence in writing SB 54, David Mora was protected against deportation. Once free, Mora murdered his three children and a church chaperone.

Cooper also voted to support SB 145 to allow 24 year old men to have sex with 14 year old children and not have to register as sex offenders. How do human traffickers find their next victims? By manipulating young children and tricking them into relationships.
